Kushi (Comb) Festival
September 27 from 12:00pm

The 50th Kushi (Comb) Festival will be held at Yasui Konpira-gu Shrine, exhibiting traditional Japanese womes's comb and Maiko will be on a parade.

Iwashimizu Matsuri Festival
September 15

One of the three big imperial festivals in Japan. In the parade, Japanese Archery, Hoko, Shinpo (treasure of gods) and little boys and girls, gods, totally about 500 people can be seen.

Hassaku-Sai (Hassaku Festival) at Matsuo Taisha
September 5, from 10:00AM

Festival is held to pray for a good harvest and the people safety. Also a ceremonial sumo match can be seen.
